On a different note: you know what’s depressing? Looking for things to be read to out of on audiobooks and realizing that you’ve actually already covered a good portion of the canon. This sounds arrogant, but isn’t really. Actually, it’s COVID fatigue — along with everything else; what I really need are things to take my head out of this space of languishing, things to reset from the political nausea, the creeping epistemological crisis that is machine learning, the angst and doom of the slow catastrophe of climate change.
